 Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels,including phone, email, chat, and social media.  Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counselling sessions (K-12 segment).  Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions.  Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue.  Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.  Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.  Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system.
