  About the Role

  
  

  Cogniter Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Generative AI Expert to join our growing AI/ML team. If you have a strong background in working with LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases, and you're excited to build real-world AI solutions, we want to hear from you!

  Key Responsibilities

  
  

  • Design and develop AI applications using LLMs like GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon

  • Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Develop modular AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks

  • Implement semantic search using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)

  • Deploy real-time inference solutions using engines like Groq

  • Optimize token usage and fine-tune models for domain-specific cases

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI features into production

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, STT/TTS, and AI frameworks

  Required Skills

  
  

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP

  • Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG architecture, and vector search systems

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and real-time model deployment

  • Familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  Nice to Have

  
  

  • Experience with Groq or other AI inference accelerators

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

  • Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management

  • Exposure to multimodal AI systems (text, images, and voice)
