About Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF):

Lighthouse Communities Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of youth from underserved communities. We empower them through life skills, digital literacy, and livelihood programs, enabling confident and informed life and career choices.

We are currently expanding our team in Pune and looking for passionate individuals to join us in the following roles:

Open Positions:1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Location: Kondhwa
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Foundation Course, our flagship introductory program
• Conduct group sessions and individual counseling focused on emotional, social, and professional growth
• Guide students in making informed career choices using structured assessments
• Foster self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making among youth

2. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer

Locations: Kothrud / Gokhale Nagar / Yerwada / Wadgaonsheri
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions in spoken English and basic digital literacy
• Enhance communication, computer skills, and job readiness for youth
• Use interactive teaching methods and real-world applications
• Track student progress and provide support for improvement

3. Outreach Coordinator

Location: Aundh
Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize youth from slum communities and encourage participation in the Lighthouse program
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community leaders
• Clearly communicate program benefits to youth and their guardians
• Drive enrollments in line with program objectives and eligibility criteria

Who We're Looking For:

• Candidates based in Pune or nearby areas
• Passionate about youth empowerment and community development
• Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or community outreach (preferred)
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for training and communication
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage
