Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities (In Short):

Execution and supervision of electrical works for commercial buildings (HT/LT, lighting, power, ELV).
Coordination with contractors, consultants, and civil teams.
Monitoring quality, safety, and project timelines.
Review of electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Material planning, inspections, testing & commissioning support.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety standards.

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in commercial real estate projects (office, mall, IT park).
Knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, UPS, lighting, and ELV systems.
Familiar with site execution, testing, and handover documentation.
