Domestic voice process

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake sector v

Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and handles customer query.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass qualification
Need minimum 6 months BPO Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English,Hindi & Bengali
No leave requirement for upcoming 3 months

Food facilities available at the workplace

Shifts:

24x7 rotational shift .( No night shift for female)
Any 9 hour during the shared window
6 working days with 1 rotational week off

Salary:

English + Hindi + Bengali
