Should have experience in scaffolding / formwork / temporary structure design.
Experience in estimation and fabrication drawing preparation is mandatory.
Prepare scaffolding system designs (cuplock, ringlock, frame, or modular systems) as per project needs and safety standards.
Perform load calculations and structural stability checks as per IS, BS, or EN standards.
Develop fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
Prepare material estimation and BOQ for scaffolding components.
Review tender drawings and assist in technical proposals and cost estimation.
Coordinate with sales and project teams for design feasibility and optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and design codes.
Maintain a drawing database and revision control for design documentation.
Support site teams with design clarifications and modification drawings during execution.
Collaborate with production for fabrication feasibility and cost reduction.
