Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS [Must have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role] • Deep technical knowledge / understandings of L2 / L3 networking protocols and technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) • Strong Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands-on experience • Knowledge of overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP • Knowledge and understandings of Cisco SDN based technologies such as Cisco ACI, Cisco Programmable Network Portfolio (Standalone VXLAN-Fabric) and DCNM. DESIRED SKILLS [Good to have or value add to this role] • Familiar with computing, virtualization, and container environments (Cisco UCS, Hyperflex, VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes)
