Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Raising the customer issues and complaints to the concerned department in the organization.
  • Ensure resolution of customer service issues within pre-defined TAT by regularly following up with the concerned departments.
  • Sending important communication of customers.
  • Ensure the standard of quality and brand value while interacting with customers for resolving the queries and complaints.

  • Sending communication to customer through various modes available like email or phone call.

  • Handling customer queries through mail & chat process in NBFC.
  • Reduction in customer service issues raised by customers.
