Job Description:

• Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Good to have in real estate Expertise)
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients
• Updating customer information such as change of address and phone number
• Following-up calls with emails if required
