1. Charge Entry Specialist !!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely charge entry based on medical documentation.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  E&M CPT codes (99202 99215)

  .
• Apply appropriate modifiers like

  25, XU, 59, RT & LT

  .
• Understand

  Place of Service (POS)

  and medical record review standards.
• Perform

  insurance eligibility verification

  .
• Need minimal

  ICD-10

  knowledge.
• Familiarity with general

  physician medical billing workflows

  .

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  Charge Entry

  .

The candidates are not eligible if

Anesthesia, DME, Hospital Billing, Ambulance Billing, or SNF

Adjudication

more than 3 months.

2. Payment Posting Specialist !!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  insurance payment posting

  both

  manual and ERA

  .
• Must understand at least

  5 common denial/remark codes

  .
• Experience with:
  

• Offset / Recoupment

• Overpayment Recovery

• Forwarding Balances

• Interest Payments

• Junior candidates should know

  Deductible, Copay, and Co-insurance

  concepts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  insurance payment posting

  .
• Must have experience in

  manual posting

  , not just ERA.

The candidates are not eligible if

Patient Payment Posting

Less than one year experience.
