Hiring for AML/Transaction Monitoring

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-5 years

Shift : Night Shift(WFO)

Notice period: Immediate to 30days preferred

Education: Bachelors degree in commerce or accounting/ Any other Degree with relevant

experience.

Role:

SPE: 2 Years of Experience in AMLTransaction Monitoring, CTC: upto 5LPA

SME: 4+ years of Experience in AMLTransaction Monitoring CTC: upto 7LPA

Responsibilities:

• Complete the initial review of customer account activity flagged by the Banks automated

monitoring system.

• Identifying potential unusual activities in the account (if any).
• Write a comprehensive analysis/risk assessment of the account activity which includes a

detailed disposition as to why an alert is being closed or escalated for further review.

• Ensure that all procedural and guidance documents remain current and in compliance

with all regulatory and legal requirements as well as Global Standards.

• Maintaining a high degree of knowledge of appropriate BSA and OFAC laws and

regulations

• Working with the Banks Financial Intelligence Unit to identify and report potentially

suspicious activity.

• Interacting with branch personnel regarding unusual activity to determine if an

appropriate resolution can be reached.

• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Alert Disposition Team Leader and

BSA Manager of the Financial Intelligence Unit.

• Must have prior experience with reviewing and working alerts, preferably in the financial

intelligence unit of financial institution, as well as analyzing or managing financial crime

investigative processes.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English at professional proficiency required.
