Job Description

Key Responsibility Manufacturing Finance
  • Prepare annual operating plan/budgets for the manufacturing operations capturing key operational and financial targets
  • Development of the MIS structure capturing all relevant KPIs for manufacturing operations for API and FDF
  • Review of monthly operations performance with site teams and identify /highlight relevant insights for management decision making
  • Preparation of presentation on monthly operations performance for the management
  • Responsible for identifying and driving improvement and evaluation of:
    • Cost control and reduction initiatives
    • Capex proposals
    • Optimization of Idle time
  • Responsible for procurement finance activities (procurement MIS, procurement Budgeting)
  • Control, monitoring and approval of vendor debit notes
  • Monitor inventory controlling, implement framework for identifying slow moving/obsolete inventory and timely liquidation and minimization of losses
  • Review of quarterly inventory provisions for quarterly/annual accounts
  • Responsible for product cost calculation, review and monitoring.
