Job Description

Hiring for AGM & AVP - Medical coding

--> Assistant General Manager - HCC Coding

Experience:
Minimum 13 years in Healthcare Operations, including at least 5 years in
HCC coding
leadership.
Certification:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is mandatory.
Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines, compliance standards, and healthcare regulations.
Lead and manage HCC coding operations, ensuring adherence to defined service levels and coding standards.

--> Assistant Vice President - Medical Coding

Experience:
18+ years of progressive experience in medical coding and revenue cycle operations such as
ED,E/M(IP&OP),Surgery, Multispecialty, HCC etc
.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or client-facing role.
Certification:
CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, or CRC is required.
Proven experience interacting with clients, presenting performance reports, and managing expectations.
Strong understanding of coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), CMS regulations, and payer policies.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling coding operations across diverse medical specialties.
Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and coding tools.
