Job Description

Database Marketing

Design and implement campaign workflows and audience journeys
Automate recurring campaigns with dynamic logic based on behavioral and audience triggers
Build and manage target audiences in Adobe based on criteria and segmentation logic
Coordinate with Email Authors/ Marketers to ensure content and audience containers are synchronized for timely launch
Perform data QA to ensure list integrity, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with targeting rules
Collaborate with marketing automation team to align audience logic with campaign triggers and journey orchestration
Monitor segmentation performance and maintain documentation of targeting logic
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across Adobe Campaign
Monitor and QA campaign executions to ensure compliance, tagging accuracy, and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues and liaise with technical teams for workflow resolution
Document campaign logic, setup guides, and training materials for process handover or scaling

Assumptions/Client Dependencies

Access to shared drives, group mailbox etc. will be provided
Admin or elevated access to Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Defined process for submitting and reviewing MIR tickets for both standard and complex segmentation needs
Coordination checkpoints with Email Authoring and Automation teams to ensure smooth handoff and shared accountability
Training on existing process and access to documentation and process manuals, if available
TRP will assign a point of contact for this engagement to provide process-specific requirements
