Designation: Team Lead/ Process Lead Job Level: 4B Experience: 4-8 years Job Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shift: Flexible to work with any shifts Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days Domain: US Insurance Skills: Re-Insurance/ Property and Casualty Insurance Responsibilities: Monitors daily performance of the team against SLAs and provides guidance to ensure delivery predictability. Ensure that there is no billing loss. Talent management - Implements career development and succession plan for direct reports. Keeps the team engaged to ensure high morale and low attrition. Responsible for improving CSAT. Create and present reports internally and to clients. Diagnoses gaps in existing processes and look at reengineering opportunities. Manage transitions as required without impacting business. Maintains ongoing knowledge of changing products, procedures, and industry trends. Works closely with enabler functions as required. Manage the team of 15 to 20 FTEs. Required Skills: Has an in-depth understanding of Reinsurance life cycle Reinsurance - Proportional and Non-Proportional Treaty business, Quotashare and Excess of Los Reinsurance Insurance Certifications preferred- ARE & CPCU Understanding of Six Sigma concepts
