Location: Meerut
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth process flow.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to meet business KPIs and SLAs.
Track performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and attendance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Quality, WFM, Client Services) to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Drive team engagement, training, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper shift planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
Maintain a positive, disciplined work environment.
Graduate degree; MBA is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team-handling experience (20–50 member teams).
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
