Hiring eCommerce Listing executive

Product Listing & Content Management

• Create and upload product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, TataCliq, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Update titles, descriptions, bullet points, key features, and other listing attributes.
• Ensure all listings meet marketplace guidelines and brand standards.
• Create and manage product variations, bundles, and category mapping/browse nodes.
• Upload images, A+ content, videos, and other creatives as required.

Listing Optimization

• Conduct basic keyword research to support SEO optimization.
• Improve organic ranking through content updates, keyword enrichment, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor listing quality scores and take corrective actions.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with design, photography, product, and inventory teams for listing requirements.
• Review product images, size charts, and packaging details before uploads.
• Work with vendor teams and internal departments to resolve listing issues.

Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and marketplace notifications.
• Track and update price, offers, deals, and inventory levels.
• Maintain listing dashboards and trackers for daily reporting.
• Create and resolve tickets/cases with marketplace seller support when required.

Customer & Feedback Management

• Respond to buyer questions (buyer-seller messages) on marketplaces.
• Monitor product reviews, ratings, and take action for quality improvement along with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace listing.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic SEO knowledge for product listings.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Kolkata - 700071, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
