You will work closely with the Project Manager to track staffing requirements and recruit new employees when necessary to meet project demands. To excel in this role, you should hold a BE (Civil) degree with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in planning, engineering, or a related field, specifically in civil engineering for Multi-storied Buildings, Hotels, and commercial buildings. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to develop presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents.
