Role & responsibilities To manage all operation of the laboratory Overall growth of Lab and delightful customer Experience Ensure hassle free Lab Operations, Control on TAT. Reviewing slides & Validation of test reports of the Laboratory Supervises day to day administration of the Laboratory Ensuring Control on TAT, Consumption, Lab Expenses, OT and Inventory management. Motivates, guide and manage the lab staff and promote team work Monitoring actual consumption of stocks versus the number of tests performed to keep the cost of operation of the laboratory, under budgeted limits. Preparing the lab for various audits of NABL, CAP, ISO9000 and of Clinical Trials. Preferred candidate profile 0-4 years of experience MD Pathology / DNB Perks and benefits
