Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for CNC/VMC Setters. The CNC/VMC Setter will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines. Tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting and installing appropriate tooling, programming the machines, and conducting test runs. The role also involves performing routine maintenance on the machines and ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC and VMC machine setup and operations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of programming CNC and VMC machines
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of routine machine maintenance
• Ability to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• A relevant technical or vocational qualification in mechanical engineering or related field
