Tele Caller Executive-Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Receive inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tamil (speaking & writing).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
