Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Cabin Crew at Air India, specifically open to freshers. The base location will be assigned after the selection process. The Cabin Crew will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing excellent customer service, and managing in-flight services. Daily tasks include greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, demonstrating safety procedures, serving meals and beverages, addressing passenger needs, and handling emergencies following airline protocols.

Qualifications

• Flight Attendant and Aviation skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Aircraft operations and safety procedures
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or aviation are beneficial
• Physically fit to meet the requirements of the role, including passing a medical examination
