Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims.
Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes to optimize revenue cycle efficiency.
Collaborate with medical billing team to ensure accurate coding and submission of claims.
Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers.

Preferred candiadte:-

Minimum 1 to 2 years of AR Calling experience in US healthcare domain (Denial Management).
Should have excellent communication skills
Must have strong experience in RCM and Denial follow ups.
Education: Must have regular bachelor's degree
Mode of work: Work from Office only
Work timings: Night shift - US timings
Notice period: Immediate to Max 15 days
