Hiring Admission Counsellor (Nellore)

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh (Onsite)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions for our CBSE school in Nellore. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling parents, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission inquiries.
• Counsel parents on CBSE curriculum, school policies, and facilities.
• Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate admission records, forms, and MIS data.
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for admission-related activities.
• Support admission campaigns, events, and outreach programs.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in school admissions or education sales.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
