Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hindi Voice at ICCS, located in Chennai. The day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records and ensuring a high level of customer service.
