Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and prepare lessons for classes , ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students.
Deliver engaging lectures, incorporating interactive activities, discussions, and assessments to promote student learning.
Develop and implement co-curriculum activities that align with school goals and values.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades using various tools (e.g., spreadsheets).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field (B.A + B.Ed) or Master's degree (M.A) with Bed certification.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a teacher; preference given to those who have taught at senior secondary level before.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups including staff members, parents, and students.
