Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Hindi Teacher to join our academic team for Classes 1 to 5. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi language, teaching methodologies for primary school children, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons to students from Classes 1 to 5.
Develop age-appropriate teaching materials and activities to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure overall student development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com / B.A / B.Ed (candidates with a B.Ed degree will be preferred).
Strong command of Hindi language (oral & written).
UG Completion Year: Must have completed undergraduate degree in 2015 or earlier.
Prior teaching experience in a school environment (preferred, but freshers with passion for teaching can also apply).
Ability to handle young children with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
