Job Summary:

Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, and literature) to assigned classes
Prepare lesson plans in line with CBSE/State Board curriculum
Conduct regular assessments, exams, and evaluations
Encourage students to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and comprehension
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
Communicate student progress with parents and school management

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Hindi / B.A Hindi
B.Ed is mandatory (preferred for CBSE/Matric schools)
Good command over Hindi and basic English
Prior teaching experience is an added advantage
Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and teaching skills
Classroom management abilities
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning levels

Salary:

As per school norms and candidate experience
