• Please submit English resume NOT able to sponsor work visa Job Responsibilities: Reviewing Hindi Content: Timely and accurately review Hindi text, audio, and other forms of content following specified operating procedures and standards. Content Moderation: Collect, organize, and summarize user-generated inappropriate content from the Hindi-speaking region, optimizing moderation standards. User Feedback and Collaboration: Gather feedback from Hindi-speaking game users, collaborate effectively with customer service and public relations teams, and continuously improve the game’s social environment. User Support: Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Hindi-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction. Feedback and Suggestions: Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions from the Hindi-speaking region. Collaboration with Operations and Product Teams: Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships. Qualifications: Language Skills: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Familiarity with Hindi customs and habits, with the ability to communicate in fluent English or Chinese. Experience and Skills: Prior relevant experience is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Passion for the gaming industry, strong user service awareness, and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
