Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

24 years of hands-on experience in finance transformation, Order to Cash, or Accounts Receivable process optimization.
Experience implementing or supporting HighRadius cloud solutions.
Exposure to client workshops, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report business functions.
Proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for finance technology modules.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work across technical and business audiences.
Highradius applications certification: (CashApp & Collections.)

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Experience with ERP or SaaS solution implementations (functional or technical).
Knowledge of HighRadius Cloud applications and related products.
Experience preparing training materials and procedural guides.
Exposure to process automation or analytics in finance.

Education:

B. Tech or equivalent from an accredited university
