High School Mathematics Teacher

DBM and RJS School is a progressive and student-focused educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and critical thinking. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage students in a variety of math subjects and instill a love for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic, standards-based lessons in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and/or Statistics.
• Use a variety of instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote mathematical understanding.
• Create and implement engaging assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, orderly, and academically focused classroom environment.
• Integrate technology and real-world applications into lessons to enhance student learning.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
• Participate in professional development, school meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Math Education, or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification (or equivalent) for high school Mathematics.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred; new graduates with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using educational technology, such as graphing calculators, interactive whiteboards, or online learning platforms.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and provide support for advanced and struggling learners.
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
