High Court Lawyer FamilyDispute

This is a full-time remote role for a High Court Lawyer specializing in family disputes, based in Howrah, Kolkata. The lawyer will handle family dispute cases, provide expert legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent clients effectively in the High Court. The responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Family Law, High Court procedures, and dispute resolution
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case strategies
• Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and regional language(s)
• Ability to manage cases independently, while adhering to professional ethics and standards
• Experience in handling family-related legal matters, such as divorce, custody, or property disputes
• License to practice in the High Court of Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM is preferred

Pay: ₹10,967.41 - ₹43,620.17 per month
