Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance of instrumentation and control systems used in OSD production.
Conduct calibration of instruments and equipment as per regulatory and company standards.
Troubleshoot and repair packing machinery to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with GMP and validation requirements.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports for audit and management reviews.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process improvements and optimization.
Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs during maintenance activities.
Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and other regulatory compliance related to pharma manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
