The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right vehicle, providing product knowledge, ensuring a smooth sales process, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or enquiring online/over the phone. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options. Assist customers with the car purchasing process, including paperwork and financing. Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships and generate repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system. Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle launches, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for cars. Goal-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (CRM, email, MS Office, etc.). Valid driver’s license. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not mandatory – training will be provided for the right candidate. Job Title: Service Manager Four Wheeler Dealership Location: Thane, Maharashtra Company: Heritage Tata Motors Department: Service Department Reporting To: General Manager Job Summary: The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing service revenue, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service department ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor job card opening, repair order completion, billing, and customer follow-ups. Ensure all vehicles are diagnosed and repaired accurately and in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and provide resolutions quickly. Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores as per OEM standards. Ensure adherence to OEM processes and audit compliances. Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in the automobile service industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
