Job Summary:
A HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery) Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of heavy equipment used in industries. They ensure the machinery is in good working condition, safe, and available for use.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintenance Management: Planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities for HEMM.
· Equipment Supervision: Overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring it is used safely and efficiently.
· Repair and Overhaul: Diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, and overhauling machinery.
· Safety Management: Ensuring all maintenance and operational activities adhere to safety regulations.
· Inventory Management: Managing spare parts and inventory for HEMM.
· Cost Management: Managing maintenance budgets and costs.
Examples of HEMM:
Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Dump trucks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
