Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day plant operations and support production activities.
Help machine operators with loading and unloading materials.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
Move raw materials and finished goods to designated locations.
Follow safety instructions and use protective equipment as required.
Support the production team during assembly, packing, and material handling.
Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Follow instructions given by the Line Supervisor/Shift In-charge.
Perform basic manual tasks related to plant operations as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment
Basic understanding of material handling
Physically fit and able to lift/move materials
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Good work discipline and punctuality
Teamwork and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of safety rules in the workplace

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification:
10th Pass
Intermediate (10+2)
candidates preferred
Minimum age: 19 years
Prior experience in production/plant work is an advantage (but not mandatory)
Willingness to work an
8-hour shift
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
