Job Title: Helper No. of Positions: 10 Company: Lavanya Healthcare Limited Location: Khewat No. 359/310, Behra Road, Derabassi, Punjab Department: Production / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Role Description: Lavanya Healthcare Limited is hiring 10 dedicated and hardworking Helpers to support daily operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidates should be 12th pass or below , physically fit, and ready to work in a cleanroom and controlled production environment. They will assist in various manual tasks to ensure smooth production and packaging activities. Job Responsibilities: Assist machine operators and supervisors in day-to-day manufacturing activities Help in cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas as per hygiene standards Load and unload raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods Support in basic packing, labeling, and material movement within the production area Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines strictly Wear proper uniforms and protective equipment (PPE) during work Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the working area Perform any other general duties assigned by the production or admin team Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or below Physically strong and able to work in a standing position for long hours Willing to work in a pharmaceutical production environment Honest, punctual, and ready to follow instructions Prior experience in pharma or factory setup will be an added advantage (not mandatory) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
