Helpdesk Senior Associate - L1.5 Technical Support

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Helpdesk Senior Associate - L1.5 Technical Support to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Helpdesk Sr. Associate at Grade-5 position in the Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing L1.5 technical guidance in activities related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat support channels. The ideal candidate for this position must be a Graduate with a preference for a B.Tech/B.E or any other technical degree. In addition, good communication skills with a minimum of 1 year of international calling experience, good comprehension, and writing skills are required. The candidate should possess excellent customer handling skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts with a 24x7 support window. Key responsibilities of the role include participating in activities such as recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps related to reported technical issues. The associate will act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications is essential. Additionally, familiarity with ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures is preferred.
