Helpdesk Senior Associate - L1.5 Technical Support

As a Helpdesk Senior Associate, your role will involve providing L1.5 technical guidance for problem identification, prioritization, and resolution through Phone, Email, and Chat. You will act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, participating in recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, COTS applications, and adhering to ITIL best practices for Incident and Request Management procedures.
