As a Helpdesk Executive at one of the leading IT Services companies in Noida, your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing the advanced Core Banking Solution and banking applications. Your responsibilities will encompass a mix of technical proficiency, customer support, banking expertise, and efficiently addressing client inquiries.
