Trust Fund Team Member is responsible for providing support in the Trust Fund Activities, which include Provident Fund, Pension Fund & Superannuation Fund related activities as per below: - PF, Pension & Superannuation Fund related query management - PF, Pension & SAF Transfer In & Out - Employee query handling. Grievance resolution - Daily Liaison with location RPFC & LIC offices - Preparation of Daily MIS for query tracking - Phone Calling, Managing Helpdesk, Email Responses - Depth knowledge about EPFO UAN related all online services & compliance Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role 1. Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) Good knowledge about Provident Fund Act, EPS scheme with Proficient in Computer skills. 2. Leadership Behavior Confident, Honest, Ownership of given task & Approachable. 3. Educational Qualification BCOM 4. Technical Skill required Good hand on Advance MS Excel, PPT 5. Language Proficiency Effective verbal and written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi 6. Experience Required Minimum 1 / 2 Years Job location - Mumbai- Andheri or Fort and Pune- Pimpri Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
