Job Description:
We are hiring a Helpdesk Executive with minimum 2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming support calls/emails.
  • Log and assign tickets to relevant engineers.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support.
  • Maintain reports and track issue closure.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of helpdesk experience.
  • Good communication & customer handling skills.

Salary: 3.5 LPA

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹161,949.64 - ₹350,305.75 per year
