We’re hiring Kolkata-based candidates for a Healthcare Help Desk Executive role at Rapid Care. This is a client/customer support role, ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare platforms and strong communication skills.
Role Overview:
As a Help Desk Executive – Healthcare, you'll be the first point of contact for internal teams and clients, assisting them in navigating healthcare software platforms and resolving queries while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system Assist users with EHR, EMR, billing, or other healthcare platform queries Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams with proper documentation Maintain support logs, resolution records, and knowledge base articles Ensure HIPAA and data security protocols are followed Support onboarding and access provisioning for new users
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in healthcare help desk or client support Graduate in any discipline Strong verbal communication and fluency in English Familiarity with US healthcare processes is a plus Comfortable with night shifts and high-volume support environment
