As a Helpdesk Support/CRM professional based in Mumbai with 1+ years of experience or above, you will be responsible for: - Providing support to customers through various channels - Handling and resolving customer queries and issues effectively - Using ticketing systems and remote support tools efficiently - Working in rotational shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment Your qualifications should include: - Previous experience in a support or customer service role - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues - Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
