Helpdesk Associate - ITIL

As a Helpdesk Associate - ITIL at NTT DATA, your role involves providing L1 technical guidance for the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. You will be expected to act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include possessing good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
