As a Help Desk Support I at System Soft Technologies, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective technical assistance to customers regarding computer systems. Your role will involve addressing basic technical queries, offering advice on issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It is essential for you to possess strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach to excel in this position. Your primary duties will include serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone or email, conducting remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques, and identifying the best solutions based on customer-provided information. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the troubleshooting process, escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels, and maintaining accurate records of events and resolutions. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a help desk or customer support role, demonstrate proficiency in office automation tools, databases, and remote control, and possess a solid understanding of computer systems and mobile devices. Strong problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and excellent communication abilities are essential qualifications for this position.
