*Job Description – L1 Help Desk Specialist*
*Salary:* Up to ₹55,000 per month
*Location:* Kothanur hennur cross
*Shifts:* 24/7 rotational (including weekends, weekly off)
*Qualifications & Skills*
* *2–4 years* of experience in Help Desk/IT Support.
* Proficiency with *SQL* and *basic scripting/programming*.
* Understanding of *SaaS/software products* and APIs.
* Exposure to *ITIL 4 Foundation principles*.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and *customer-first mindset*.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to work in *24/7 rotational shifts*.
