Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Auto Electrician with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in heavy vehicles and equipment.
Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems including starters, alternators, and wiring harnesses.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical components and systems in heavy machinery.
Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure the functionality of electrical systems.
Collaborate with mechanical technicians to ensure overall vehicle performance and safety.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in automotive electrical systems, preferably with heavy vehicles.
Proficient in diagnosing electrical faults and repairing wiring and electronic control systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment specific to heavy auto electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
