Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist located in Chennai. The Hearing Aid Specialist will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, performing audiometry, and providing customer service to patients. Day-to-day tasks will include administering and interpreting hearing evaluations, fitting and dispensing hearing aids, and offering consultations on hearing aid usage and maintenance. The role requires close interaction with patients to ensure their hearing needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

Audiology and expertise in Speech therapy
Customer Service and patient interaction skills
Experience conducting Hearing Tests and Audiometry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or licensure in audiology or hearing aid dispensing
Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
