The Hearing Aid Specialist will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, carrying out audiometry procedures, and providing audiology services. They will also fit and adjust hearing aids, troubleshoot issues, and counsel patients on hearing aid use and care. Exceptional customer service skills are required to provide compassionate care and support to patients.
