Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist located in Chennai. The Hearing Aid Specialist will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, carrying out audiometry procedures, and providing audiology services. They will also fit and adjust hearing aids, troubleshoot issues, and counsel patients on hearing aid use and care. Exceptional customer service skills are required to provide compassionate care and support to patients. Qualifications Audiology and Hearing Tests skills Experience in conducting Audiometry procedures Customer Service skills Ability to provide Speech counseling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certification or licensure in audiology or hearing aid specialist Experience working in a clinical or medical environment is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Show more Show less
